In addition to the annual calendar of events, we will be formally updating you half way through the meetings calendar year of the next six or seven meetings for forward planning purposes as well as advising of any significant additions as they are decided. The logic of this change is to give appropriate notice to members, who may be very interested in a particular meeting, to make room in their own calendar.
